Edited by the “C.S. Nicolăescu-Plopşor” Institute for Research in Social Studies and Humanities, Romanian Academy, since 1999, journal Anuarul Institutului de Cercetări Socio-Umane „C.S. Nicolăescu-Plopșor” publishes research articles, critical essays and reviews on various topics in the field of social and human sciences.  The journal aims to transcend the boundaries of a single discipline and address related fields such as history, anthropology, sociology, philosophy, literature, theology, economics and law.

Professors and researchers (including PhD candidates) are welcome to publish scientific theoretical works and cases of practical activity in the Anuarul Institutului de Cercetări Socio-Umane „C.S. Nicolăescu-Plopșor”.
