This article tackles the European Neighbourhood Policy offering a discussion under the prospects of the European conditionality and EU-led administrative and state reform for the Western Balkans. It dwelves on policy-specific themes with country evolutions to analyse the historical enlargement dynamics of the Balkans throughout a diachronical perspective.
