Abstract
The aim of this study is to highlight the relevant features for linguistic structure of normative acts that bear on what jurilinguists consider, rightly, a first obstacle in the legal communication: the lexicon. We will analyze two terms, accession and superficies, as an exception for accession. These terms will be analyzed from the point of view of the meaning, the signification of their synonyms and antonyms, to conclude that they are terms with exclusive affiliation to legal vocabulary because they are not known to other registers of language, their meaning and thei use being solely legal.
