Student Behavior in the Digital Age: Law, Ethics, and Responsibility

Abstract
This research examines how new technologies influence student behavior within Romania’s pre-university education while highlighting ethical and responsibility matters in digital environments. The study examines cyberbullying behaviors alongside digital cheating methods and how social media usage increases to gain social approval. The text emphasizes both digital education and teacher responsibility to guide learners towards ethical online actions and prevent ethical standard breaches. The closing section of the article presents strategies for integrating ethical training into educational programs to guide future generations toward responsible and mindful technology use.
